BBQ Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
1 rack Baby Back Ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
Dry Rub:
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Chili powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs.
Mix dry rub ingredients and massage onto both sides of the ribs.
Wrap ribs tightly in aluminum foil. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 3 hours.
Remove from oven, unwrap carefully, and brush generously with BBQ sauce.
Broil on high for 3–5 minutes to caramelize the sauce (watch closely to prevent burning).
