Chicken Chow Mein
Ingredients:
8 oz Chow Mein noodles (parboiled)
1/2 lb Chicken breast, sliced
2 cups Cabbage, shredded
1 Carrot, julienned
2 stalks Celery, sliced
Sauce:
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions:
Stir-fry chicken in oil until cooked. Remove.
Add cabbage, carrot, and celery to the pan. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add the noodles and the chicken back to the pan.
Pour sauce over the noodles.
Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes until noodles are hot and coated in sauce.
