Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Chow Mein noodles (parboiled)

  • 1/2 lb Chicken breast, sliced

  • 2 cups Cabbage, shredded

  • 1 Carrot, julienned

  • 2 stalks Celery, sliced

  • Sauce:

    • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce

    • 1 tsp Sugar

    • 1 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Stir-fry chicken in oil until cooked. Remove.

  2. Add cabbage, carrot, and celery to the pan. Stir-fry 2 minutes.

  3. Add the noodles and the chicken back to the pan.

  4. Pour sauce over the noodles.

  5. Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes until noodles are hot and coated in sauce.
