Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast, sliced

  • 2 Bell peppers (red/green), sliced

  • 1 Onion, sliced

  • Seasoning: 2 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Salt.

  • 2 tbsp Oil

  • Tortillas for serving

Instructions:

  1. Toss chicken slices with the spice mix.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet (or cast iron) over high heat.

  3. Sear chicken until browned and cooked. Remove chicken.

  4. Add peppers and onions to the hot pan. Cook until charred/soft (5 mins).

  5. Return chicken to pan to heat through.

  6. Serve immediately with tortillas, salsa, and sour cream.
