Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs Chicken breast, sliced
2 Bell peppers (red/green), sliced
1 Onion, sliced
Seasoning: 2 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Salt.
2 tbsp Oil
Tortillas for serving
Instructions:
Toss chicken slices with the spice mix.
Heat oil in a large skillet (or cast iron) over high heat.
Sear chicken until browned and cooked. Remove chicken.
Add peppers and onions to the hot pan. Cook until charred/soft (5 mins).
Return chicken to pan to heat through.
Serve immediately with tortillas, salsa, and sour cream.
