Key Lime Pie
Ingredients:
1 Graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
3 cups Sweetened condensed milk (2 cans)
1/2 cup Sour cream
3/4 cup Key Lime juice (bottled or fresh)
1 tbsp Lime zest
Whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and zest until smooth.
Pour mixture into the crust.
Bake for 10 minutes (do not let it brown). Tiny bubbles will burst on the surface.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
Top with whipped cream.
