Tater Tot Casserole (Hotdish)
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground beef
1 Onion, diced
1 can (10.5oz) Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can (15oz) Corn (or green beans), drained
1/2 cup Milk
1 bag (32oz) Frozen Tater Tots
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet; drain fat. Season with salt/pepper.
Stir in the soup, milk, and corn.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the top.
Bake for 40–45 minutes until tots are golden and crispy.
Sprinkle cheese over tots during the last 5 minutes of baking.
