Tater Tot Casserole (Hotdish)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground beef

  • 1 Onion, diced

  • 1 can (10.5oz) Cream of Mushroom soup

  • 1 can (15oz) Corn (or green beans), drained

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1 bag (32oz) Frozen Tater Tots

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet; drain fat. Season with salt/pepper.

  3. Stir in the soup, milk, and corn.

  4. Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.

  5. Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the top.

  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until tots are golden and crispy.

  7. Sprinkle cheese over tots during the last 5 minutes of baking.
