Quesadillas (Authentic Style)
Ingredients:
2 cups Masa Harina (corn flour)
1.5 cups Warm water
2 cups Oaxaca cheese (or Mozzarella), shredded
Salsa for serving
Instructions:
Mix masa and water to form a soft dough (like playdough).
Press dough balls into tortillas using a press or heavy plate.
Cook tortilla on a hot griddle (comal). Flip once.
Add cheese to one half, fold the tortilla over.
Cook until cheese melts and spots appear on the outside.
