Tres Leches Cake
Ingredients:
Cake: 1 cup Flour, 1.5 tsp Baking powder, 1/4 tsp Salt, 5 Eggs (separated), 1 cup Sugar, 1/3 cup Milk, 1 tsp Vanilla.
Soak: 1 can Evaporated milk, 1 can Sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup Heavy cream.
Topping: Whipped cream.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt.
Beat egg yolks with 3/4 cup sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in flour mix.
Beat egg whites with remaining sugar to stiff peaks. Fold into batter.
Bake 25–30 mins. Let cool.
Whisk the three milks together.
Poke holes all over the cake with a fork. Pour milk mixture over cake. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Top with whipped cream.
