Tuna Noodle Casserole
Ingredients:
12 oz Egg noodles (wide)
2 cans (5oz each) Tuna, drained
1 can (10.5oz) Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup Frozen peas
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Crushed potato chips (or breadcrumbs)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes less than package directions. Drain.
In a large bowl, mix noodles, tuna, soup, peas, milk, and cheese.
Transfer to a baking dish.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and browned on top.
