Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Egg noodles (wide)

  • 2 cans (5oz each) Tuna, drained

  • 1 can (10.5oz) Cream of Mushroom soup

  • 1 cup Frozen peas

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup Crushed potato chips (or breadcrumbs)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes less than package directions. Drain.

  3. In a large bowl, mix noodles, tuna, soup, peas, milk, and cheese.

  4. Transfer to a baking dish.

  5. Top with crushed potato chips.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and browned on top.
