Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings (split into drumettes and flats)

  • 1 tbsp Baking powder (helps crispiness)

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • Sauce:

    • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce

    • 1/3 cup Unsalted butter, melted

    • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Set a wire rack on a baking sheet.

  2. Pat wings completely dry. Toss with baking powder and salt.

  3. Arrange on rack. Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin is crispy and brown.

  4. While baking, whisk hot sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder.

  5. Toss hot wings in the sauce immediately after removing from oven.

  6. Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
