Classic Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs Ground beef
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 Onion, finely diced
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Salt
Glaze: 1/2 cup Ketchup, 1 tbsp Brown sugar, 1 tsp Mustard.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
Mix beef, onion, egg, soaked crumbs, Worcestershire, and salt gently by hand. Don't overmix.
Form into a loaf shape on a foil-lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
Mix glaze ingredients and brush half over the loaf.
Bake for 45 minutes. Brush remaining glaze on top.
Bake another 10–15 minutes (Internal temp 160°F/71°C). Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
