Classic Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
1 Unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 can (15oz) Pumpkin Puree (not pie filling)
1 can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 large Eggs
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/4 tsp Ground cloves
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt until smooth.
Pour into the pie crust.
Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 35–40 minutes.
The pie is done when a knife inserted near the edge comes out clean (center may still jiggle slightly).
Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours to set.
