Classic Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  • 1 can (15oz) Pumpkin Puree (not pie filling)

  • 1 can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 2 large Eggs

  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp Ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp Ground cloves

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt until smooth.

  3. Pour into the pie crust.

  4. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.

  5. Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 35–40 minutes.

  6. The pie is done when a knife inserted near the edge comes out clean (center may still jiggle slightly).

  7. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours to set.
