Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15oz) Whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1 can (14.75oz) Cream style corn (do not drain)

  • 1 box (8.5oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

  • 1 cup Sour cream

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the drained corn, cream corn, sour cream, and melted butter.

  3. Fold in the corn muffin mix until just combined.

  4. Pour into the baking dish.

  5. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.

  6. (Optional) Sprinkle cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
