Orange Chicken
Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken breast, cubed
Batter: 1/2 cup Flour, 1/4 cup Cornstarch, 1 Egg, 1/2 cup Water.
Sauce:
1/2 cup Orange juice
1 tsp Orange zest
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Ginger, grated
1 tsp Chili flakes
1 tbsp Cornstarch
Instructions:
Whisk batter ingredients. Coat chicken.
Deep fry chicken until crispy. Drain.
Simmer all sauce ingredients in a pan until thickened and clear.
Toss chicken in the sauce.
