Orange Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cubed

  • Batter: 1/2 cup Flour, 1/4 cup Cornstarch, 1 Egg, 1/2 cup Water.

  • Sauce:

    • 1/2 cup Orange juice

    • 1 tsp Orange zest

    • 2 tbsp Sugar

    • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp Vinegar

    • 1 tsp Ginger, grated

    • 1 tsp Chili flakes

    • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. Whisk batter ingredients. Coat chicken.

  2. Deep fry chicken until crispy. Drain.

  3. Simmer all sauce ingredients in a pan until thickened and clear.

  4. Toss chicken in the sauce.
