Pico de Gallo
Ingredients:
4 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 White onion, diced
1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp Lime juice
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Toss gently.
Let sit for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Use as a topping for tacos or dip for chips.
