Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:

  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced

  • 1/2 White onion, diced

  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced

  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped

  • 2 tbsp Lime juice

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Toss gently.

  3. Let sit for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

  4. Use as a topping for tacos or dip for chips.
