Wonton Soup
Ingredients:
Filling: 1/2 lb Ground pork, 1 tsp Soy sauce, 1 tsp Sesame oil, 1 Green onion (minced), 1 tsp Ginger (minced).
20 Wonton wrappers
4 cups Chicken broth
1 tsp Soy sauce (for broth)
1 tsp Sesame oil (for broth)
Baby bok choy (optional)
Instructions:
Mix filling ingredients thoroughly.
Place 1 tsp filling in center of a wrapper. Wet edges with water, fold into a triangle, then pull the two bottom corners together and seal.
Bring chicken broth to a boil with soy sauce and sesame oil. Add bok choy if using.
In a separate pot of boiling water, cook wontons for 3–4 minutes (until they float).
Transfer cooked wontons to the serving bowls and ladle hot broth over them.
